Random Thoughts From Aubrie:

1. Did I tell you that I think I might have rolled my ankle (not exactly sure what that means but I have heard it before) last week ago or so. It is fine but just hurts occasionally when I walk on it.

2. We had a vote last week for a room "arbitrator". It is basically a room representative who goes to meetings during the week to talk about problems and try to make things better. We had ballots to vote (very official...I know). After we voted I came back to our room and asked who everyone voted for...no one would say. 7:00am the next morning my roommate wakes me up to say we got an email and I was choosen as our room arbitrator. Yipee! Ha. We already had our first meeting and don't you worry, I am not taking this responsibility lightly. I will do my best to fulfill my job and represent my people fairly!

3.Why does the world have to drastically change once I leave??? I mean seriously. I am gone for one week and the world decides to get married, get boyfriends, get important jobs, get important callings...seriously! Why didn't this happen while I was there?

(This is how I feel...but believe me I LOVE being in London and wouldn't trade it for the world!)

4.If you decide to go buy a pair of shoes...try them on first. You usually can walk around the store in them to make sure they fit good, but can that really tell you how they are going to feel on your feet when you where them (for example) all over London, everyday, all day for 2 months? (not relating from personal experiencen or anything). So next time you go buy shoes, ask to wear them outside the store for a few weeks and say, "I'll get back to you!".

P.S. One more random thought. Below is the cutest elephant I have seen thus far in London.
